Aspen Trash is a locally owned and operated company, proudly run by Robert, Debra, and Kade Kennedy. We have lived and worked in the Roaring Fork Valley for over 35 years, and we understand what our community expects from a trash service—dependable collection and exceptional customer care.
When you see our trucks, you’ll see one of us behind the wheel. We don’t use outside drivers because we believe in personal service and accountability. At Aspen Trash, our business isn’t just about price—it’s about reliability, attention to detail, and treating our customers like neighbors, because that’s exactly what you are.
Robert Kennedy
Robert has over 30 years of experience in the waste management industry, having worked in every role from driver and manager to company owner. This hands-on background gives him a deep understanding of all aspects of the business, from vehicle maintenance to customer service. Recognizing a need in the Roaring Fork Valley for more personalized, reliable trash service, Robert designed Aspen Trash’s compact four-wheel-drive trucks to efficiently serve both residential and challenging routes throughout the valley.
Debra Kennedy
Debra brings more than 26 years of experience in the trash industry, with a background that spans customer service and route driving. Her experience working directly with customers has shaped Aspen Trash’s service-first philosophy. She understands that quality service is what truly matters, and she ensures that every customer receives attentive, dependable care.
Kade Kennedy
Kade has been involved in the trash business from a young age, growing up alongside the industry. He has spent summers and holidays assisting on routes, gaining hands-on experience and learning the business from the ground up. Trained by a family with decades of experience, Kade continues the tradition of reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic that defines Aspen Trash.
For your safety our trucks are equipped with back up cameras that have sound and infra-red allowing us to see clearly day or night.
